A bacon sandwich would be my choice; you will eat less of it (the meat is served in smaller servings) and it is easier to reduce the saturated fat content by removing the rind (visible fat). If comparing pork sausages to bacon, there is little difference in the micronutrient density, although bacon may be slightly higher in salt.
