Do you take any vitamins or supplements? So many, I rattle: C, A, B, a multivitamin, omega 3, zinc and echinacea. Do they work? Well, I don't think they do me any harm.
Do you prefer healthy food or fast food? Everyone prefers healthy, don't they? I certainly try to eat healthily, but don't always manage it.
Have you ever dieted? Last year I tried not to eat too much wheat and not to eat carbohydrates in the evening: when I was strict, it made a huge difference. I still try to work to that.
Do you take any exercise? As much as I can, depending on work commitments. Running or gym three times a week. It's mainly cardio.
How do you chill out? I don't get much time off - I have a business to run as well as the TV side - but I take nice holidays as often as I can.
What foods do you have in your shopping trolley? It's difficult to get round without putting some cheese in there. I love breakfast, so probably some eggs and cereals. And fruit. I love meat, too.
What have you eaten today? A bowl of porridge with honey. A banana. And some sushi - I love sushi.
Do you smoke? Occasionally.
Do you drink alcohol? Yes. More frequently than I should.
Do you have any interests or hobbies? I shoot and I play cricket.
Are you vain? I'd have to say yes.
